This piece was created from my first time photographing wild horses. These are a wild herd from of the McClough Peaks horses in Wyoming. The moment will remain forever in my heart and mind. To be alone with just my guide and camera to capture this amazing creatures forever changed me. I left a part my heart with them. Creating this piece from a photograph enhanced with encaustic medium and oils helped me to bring them to life for others to experience.
